Our services are carried out for domestic and commercial purposes, which is why all the terms stated below apply to all clients who decide to address our company for the solution.
We offer services in packing and loading, transporting, and offloading of goods. If the services like insurance, storage, and unpacking the goods, then extra charges are also levied. This is a condition in which the extent of services required for the move should be well explained and identified before the move is made.
The customer has to make sure that all the items that must be relocated are listed and correct information about the goods to be moved must be given. Customers are fully aware and responsible for all conditions around the pickup and drop-off places to ensure that the path is free from any barriers. The customer is also supposed to validate any restrictions to the flow of goods about the law or regulations.
Rajput Packers and Movers will pack and move the goods of the client with the highest level of care and use quality packing material. But we are not liable for the damages of goods packed by the customer and are not included in the list.
Consumers are advised to ask for insurance for items that may be costly, or prone to breakage during shipment. Rajput Packers and Movers will not bear the responsibility of loss or damage if not compensated through insurance as demanded by the customers.
A down payment should be made and the balance be paid in cash as per the given quotation. Some services might be paid for using a deposit. All extra costs will be discussed with the customer before the end of the move process.
Rajput Packers and Movers will not be responsible for any loss or delay that results from circumstances beyond our control such as acts of god or road accidents, floods, etc. If indicated in the insurance contract, our liability is presupposed to the terms stated in said contract.
There may be costs to cancel according to the time that is given in advance of the cancellation. In case we do a refund, this will be done according to the policy of our company.
